Integrative Consults and Care for Women’s Health

A Whole-Person Approach to Your Health

At Enrich Health, we believe women deserve care that looks beyond a single symptom or diagnosis. Our integrative consultations provide personalized, thoughtful care for women seeking answers, feeling stuck, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of how their hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and lifestyle may be connected to their health.  Group care options are available for women with related concerns, providing lengthier visits going into greater depth, as well as social support.

The full range of integrative services, in office and telehealth, as well as visit packages are currently offered in Chicago, IL.  Telehealth consultations and services, including lab work and diagnostics, are available in Connecticut.

What is integrative care?

At its heart, integrative medicine is a healing relationship — one that sees you as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and recognizes that your health is woven into your connections to others and to nature. "It draws together diverse modalities of healing — from lifestyle medicine such as nutrition, movement and mindfulness to Eastern medicine and hands-on practices like massage and energy work — to support the body's own path back to balance."

Why does it matter?

Too many women experience gaps in care, have their concerns dismissed, or are left without meaningful answers. We believe every woman deserves to be heard, understood, and cared for as a whole person. Integrative care gives us the opportunity to look deeper, recognize the connections between symptoms and health, and address all of the factors that may be affecting your well-being.

What to expect in your visit

Your visit starts with listening. We take time to understand your health history, symptoms, menstrual and reproductive health, nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll identify what may be contributing to your concerns and develop a personalized plan. Your care may include medical evaluation and treatment, nutrition and lifestyle strategies, mind-body practices, supplements when appropriate, and other integrative therapies.
